It has been confirmed this afternoon that Fifth Harmony will perform at the forthcoming 2015 Radio Disney Music Awards.

The ceremony is due to take place on April 25 at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles and other stars that will take the stage to sing live include Sabrina Carpenter and Natalie La Rose. Nick Jonas, R5 and Becky G have also been named as performers. 

5H, meanwhile, are also set to present a prize at the ceremony although further details about this have yet to be revealed. The Radio Disney Music Awards show will air on Sunday, April 26 on the Disney Channel!

The members of Fifth Harmony recently sat down for an extensive interview with HuffPost Live and confessed that they have hopes of going to college in the future. Normani Kordei explained that she would like to study dentistry: "For me I would do something like dentistry. People always laugh at me every time I say that... but I think it's fascinating. It's also quite lucrative, you know! So if the whole super successful multi-platinum girl band thing doesn't work out, I can fix everybody's teeth!"
