Fifth Harmony: 'We want to show that a woman can be as powerful as a man'

Girl group Fifth Harmony recently sat down for an interview with Fashion magazine and opened up about things they believe in and have learned to accept.

Songstress Dinah Jane Hansen confessed that her method of operation (M.O.) is just understanding and appreciating that everyone has things that make them unique and beautiful, and it's best to just embrace your flaws:

"We’re not perfect. When you look at all of us, some of us have a double chin, somebody’s belly button is out, some of us don’t have perfect skin—but together, we’ve learned to love ourselves as is.”

Member Normani Kordei said: "Fifth Harmony are all feminists. It’s our duty to reach out to people and let them know a woman can be just as powerful as a man can be.”

Fifth Harmony's full interview with Fashion magazine is now online. The girls will perform live at the Billboard Music Awards on May 22 and their new album, entitled '7/27', will be officially released a week later on May 27.
