Foo Fighters hint at Brighton club gig

Foo Fighters have suggested that they could play an intimate show in Brighton this week.

The band, who are releasing their eighth record 'Sonic Highways' on November 10, have teased plans to play live in small British venues in the coming days.

They only have one official gig in their itinerary, which is due to take place at the Invictus Games Closing Ceremony in London at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on September 14.

However, a picture of a UK plug was posted online by the US rockers recently, with the band adding that they will play three club gigs this week.

Foo Fighters followed this up on Monday (September 8) with a picture of some Brighton rock alongside the Queen lyrics:

"It’s so good to know there’s still a little magic in the air...I’ll weave my spell."

It has been speculated that this means the band will play in Brighton.
