Foo Fighters have announced a show at Ireland's Slane Castle.

The US rockers will play the venue on May 30 as they continue to promote new album 'Sonic Highways'.

Support at the date will come from English indie-rockers Kaiser Chiefs and Ireland's Hozier.

Tickets for the show will go on sale from 9am on December 1.

Hozier meanwhile tweeted after the news broke:

"Over the moon to be featured on the Slane line up with @foofighters and @KaiserChiefs. Can't wait. See you there!!"
