BROKEN CHORDS - Pyromaniacs of Rock

Blistering New Single ‘Pyro’ FREE FOR FANS - Plus Tours With Rock Legend Bernie Torme (Ozzy, Gillan) and Electric Mary

BROKEN CHORDS are to Rock ‘n’ Roll what fire is to a Pyromaniac.  Catalysts for head banging, foot tapping, hard edged rock/punk anthem attitude, the band have been burning up the UK throughout 2014 – and show no sign whatsoever of being extinguished.

Their latest single ‘Pyro’ continues where previous ‘Get Some’ left off – massive sound, with tons of in-your-face charisma and style.  To be released on Monday 27th October, the track was influenced by YoutUBE video ‘War Porn’ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1VeyX_gcrNE), a highly ironic statement on the state of the worlds politically driven wars and their connection to News and TV.  PLUS the track will be available FREE to fans on the date of its release, with a download link to ‘Pyro’ to be made available.

The track comes out as the band head out with guitar legend Bernie Torme – whose career includes playing with Ozzy Osbourne and Ian Gillan.  After a massively successful pledge music campaign to fund a new album, Bernie Torme is hitting up the UK with Broken Chords on board.  After that, it just keeps going.  The band then joins acclaimed Australian classic rockers Electric Mary, back in the UK as the first leg of a European tour.

‘Pyro’ features in a set of initial studio tracks produced by Gez Walton (Skindred, Blackstorm, The King Blues), available to stream on the bands website.  Previous single ‘Get Some’ was released in June – it’s Hammond-infused British rock at its riffiest and heaviest, referencing the world-dominating sounds of Led Zeppelin and Cream while also displaying a contemporary punkish attitude.  It's classic rock with a twist - classic rock for right now.  The tracks video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ald2HmY5JqM) features the stunning tattoo models Cervena Fox and Shelly D’Inferno, perfectly accompanying the bands sexy hard rock sound and attitude.

Broken Chords are currently writing their debut album, due for release in 2015.

New single ‘Pyro; is released on MONDAY 27TH OCTOBER 2014. Listen now as part of an online stream of Broken Chords initial studio tracks (Track 10): http://www.thebrokenchords.com/music
