2014 might have been one for the boys, but the early signs are suggesting that things will be different this time around.  Stockholm’s Jenny Hansen, with Wanderer, her well-crafted and emotive UK debut single, joins the likes of Jess Glynne, Tove Lo, Marika Hackman, Wolf Alice and the resurgent Sleater-Kinney looking to kick on in 2015.

Hansen’s stunning vocals vacillate throughout, going from punchy and formidable to delicate and dexterous, it’s the sort of track that provokes goose bumps from even the most unsuspecting of listeners.

Influenced by her surroundings of darkness, snow and stars during the winter and a never-ending sunshine during summer, the nature and the shifting seasons are always present, as is the longing for something bigger. Flying into England for a handful of shows this July providing what will be a mere taster of things to come for this internationally rising star.
