Iggy Azalea on recent Lorde diss: 'There's no feud, she's my southern hemispheric soul sister'

Australian rapper Iggy Azalea recently revealed that Lorde's performance in tribute to Nirvana was in bad taste, but has now confirmed that there is no feud between them and the press will try to create tension from anything.

Last week, Azalea explained that because the 'Royals' hitmaker wasn't a 'peer' of the late Kurt Cobain, the tribute was 'inappropriate' and told Billboard that it shouldn't have gone ahead:

"Nothing against her, but I think when you're doing a tribute to someone that's dead, generally it should be the person's peer. Lorde is not Kurt Cobain's peer. No matter if she killed the performance or not, I just don't think it's appropriate."

Writing on her official Twitter page over the weekend, the 'Fancy' beauty addressed her recent comments about Lorde's Nirvana tribute and explained that just because she expressed an opinion doesn't mean that she dislikes the young singer: “Lol I have a feud with Lorde now? I Don't think so she's my southern hemispheric soul sister. Keep reaching world.”
