Iggy Azalea: 'I'm fine with working hard, but I can't play hard at the same time'

'Change Your Life' superstar Iggy Azalea has confessed that if she puts all her energy into her music career, which she does, she finds that she has none left over for partying, unlike her 'Black Widow' collaborator Rita Ora.

During a joint interview with the BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show, the beauty told Ora that she can't understand where she gets her energy from because she really values her down-time and needs sleep in order to function:

"I really do not understand how you can go out and party all night long and not sleep and then get up and do a sound check. I cannot do that, I need to sleep. I don't know how she does it. I'm fine with working hard but then I just don't want to play hard. I couldn't be bothered."

Azalea went onto recall a recent incident where she fell off stage during a live performance and admitted that while it was pretty embarrassing, it was more scary because there's always an element of danger in being on a platform while dancing and singing:

"I fell off a stage the night before that so I was a little nervous. I was doing a completely unrelated separate show with Sam Smith and the stage was a funny shape... I was walking backwards doing my usual stage choreography and the stage was just a bit smaller than what it usually is so I just walked off. I got caught by a security guard so I didn't actually hit the floor but it made me feel a little nervous about whether or not I would just fall off something. I was very scared."
