Australian rapper Iggy Azalea has purchased a new property from a fellow music star. 

The 'Fancy' Aussie and her Los Angeles Lakers basket player boyfriend Nick Young are set to move in together after buying Selena Gomez's former Californian home. 

The couple bought their new 6,630-square-foot house from Gomez for $3,495,000.  

Azalea and Young's abode boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a swimming pool, spa and sport court. 

Selena Gomez originally bought the property back in 2011 for $2,175,000 before renovating it. 

Iggy Azalea will be performing at the American Music Awards later this month on November 23 where she is nominated for Artist and Song of The Year.
