Iggy Azalea: 'My friends told me not to tell the world about my breast implants'

Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea has opened up about her breast implant surgery and confessed that friends told her not to tell the press because the change in size was so insignificant that no one would have noticed anyway.

Speaking to E! News, the 'Fancy' beauty explained that she ended up speaking publicly about the surgery because she knew that keeping it a secret would have been too hard: "Everybody did say, 'I don't think you need to say it because no one will ever know because they're so small. I said, 'I know but I'm just going to say it [because] I'm a blabber mouth!'"

Azalea continued, adding that it's easier to be honest about what's going on in her private life than to deal with rumours in the media: "I love them so much I had to talk about them. I'd feel better not to have some secret. It's much freer to say it and then you don't have to worry someone will dig it up."
