Iggy Azalea on pressures of fame: 'It can be tough sometimes'

Iggy Azalea went on Good Morning America today (March 23) to promote her new single, 'Team', and admitted handling fame is hard.

The star admitted: "It's tough sometimes. You gotta think about the people that support you.

The 25-year-old opened up about how the people she grew up listening to such as Lil Kim, Trina and Missy Elliott, have all rallied round her recently.

She said: "I think it's important for me, having taken so much time off, to really figure out what I wanted to say when I came back ... and I think Team is the right message."

'Team' will be the lead single from her new upcoming album, 'Digital Distortion.'

The album title reflects the rapper's view on modern life.

Azalea said: "It's kind of touching on this social media era that we live in, this era of technology where we can distort our own realities.

"It's a world of misinformation, good and bad, and it's just kind of navigating that throughout the album."
