James Arthur understanding over Professor Green collaboration snub

James Arthur says he accepts the decision by Professor Green's label to exclude him from the rapper's upcoming album.

The X Factor 2012 winner was due to feature on a song on the album 'Growing Up In Public', which will be released on September 22.

However, Green revealed in an interview that his label decided not to include Arthur on the record because of his recent controversies.

Arthur has now told MTV that he accepts their choice, saying:

"I was disappointed to hear about it in the way that I did because I thought the song was great. But to be honest I understand it and if I was a label I'd be worried about stuff like that, but yeah, I respect Professor Green and I just hope to collaborate with him in the future."
