James Arthur has lavished praise on US singing star Ariana Grande, with the 'Back From The Edge' man saying her voice drives him "crazy".

The Brit was asked by BBC Radio 1 which fellow pop star he'd love to find under his Christmas tree this year - and it seems he only had one woman in mind. Arthur replied:

"It would have to be someone pretty wouldn't it, someone good looking. Ariana Grande. I'll take Ariana. Her voice is spectacular, she's incredible. Her voice just drives me crazy."

Speaking about his Christmas routine, the former X Factor star said: "I usually stay at my mum's house with my sisters. We get up and open presents - we're quite late risers actually. My mum stresses out for about four hours, then we have an argument at the dinner table.

"Then we watch Top Of The Pops and that kind of stuff and then I go to my dad's house and get drunk in the night usually, with the other side of my family."
