Katy B on course for first UK No.1 album

Katy B is set to achieve her first UK No.1 album this weekend.

The Official Charts Company have confirmed in their midweek update today (February 12) that the singer's new effort 'Little Red' is No.1.

It is her second album - following on from 2011's 'On a Mission' - and it has been selling well this week. Her previous effort managed to hit No.2

At No.2 on the update meanwhile is London Grammar's 'If You Want', which has risen two places.

No.3 is Ellie Goulding's 'Halcyon' whilst Avicii's debut effort 'True' has dropped two spots to No.4.

Completing the midweek top five is Temples' new entry 'Sun Structures'.

Lisa Stansfield meanwhile is a new entry at No.8 with her aptly titled seventh album 'Seven' - ten years after the release of her last record.
