Keane announce UK and Ireland arena tour

British rockers Keane have announced plans to tour the UK and Ireland later this year in support of their new album, 'Strangeland'.

The stars will kick off their run of dates on November 19 in Edinburgh, Scotland and are set to end up in Bournemouth for the final night on December 4 at the BIC.

Speaking about the concerts, member Tim Rice-Oxley explained that band can't wait to get back on the road and they're overwhelmed by the excitement their fans have shown for the upcoming gigs:

"We still find it amazing that we get to play those big gigs, and we never take it for granted. So we'll be making these shows very special and doing our utmost to give every single person there an unforgettable night."

"Keane fans are the best in the world, always singing their hearts out, and we feel like our music is at its best when it is echoing around those big rooms and being sung by thousands of people - it's a magical thing for us to be a part of and we can't wait to experience it again."
