Upcoming Music producer and DJ Kidd Cole has signed an exclusive production deal with Island Records, through YG's Pushaz Ink Tha Label.

 DJ Mustard contacted me one day and told me to check out some of Kidd Cole's beats in Los Angeles, we went to the studio and watch him create a beat in front of us. That very moment I knew that what was rumored about him was false, and Steve Bartels,Karen Kwak and I did everything in our power to ensure that he join us at Island Records

The deal, announced Wednesday, gives Island Records control of radio promotion and U.S. sales for Kidd Cole’s newest single “Hunnids.” The track features DJ Mustard and YG.

"I want to take my music to the next level, both creatively and from a business point of view,” Cole said. “ Many people have underestimated my talents and has obtained a wrong perception of me from a fake television show.  ''Partnering up with Island Records will give me the chance prove to people how dope my musical productions is, so I am very happy we were able to make a deal. Island/PushazInk will promote my releases with very strong support and with great people working with me my music will be heard around the world.”

According to DJ Mustard Kidd Cole has been working with him since march of 2014. Spite Kidd Cole being the son of an R&B singer he is officially making a step in the right direction. ”
