Little Mix land another US top ten album

Little Mix have hit the top ten of the US albums chart for the second time.

The girl group recently released their sophomore album 'Salute' in the States following its UK unveiling in November.

After initially reaching No.1 on the iTunes chart, the record has now settled at No.6 on the Billboard 200 after shifting 43,000 copies this week.

It means a slight downward turn from their debut effort 'DNA', which peaked in the States at No.4 last year.

Little Mix meanwhile are currently in the US as they support Demi Lovato on her Neon Lights tour.

The next date on the schedule will take place in Anaheim tonight (February 13).

The other two support acts on the jaunt are former X Factor vixen Cher Lloyd and US group Fifth Harmony.
