Little Mix star Jesy Nelson has criticised fans of Zayn Malik who have apparently been slagging off her bandmate Perrie Edwards.

The blonde beauty, who is engaged to the One Direction singer, was recently pictured in Florida soaking up some sun.

However, some fans posted hate about Edwards' pale skin complexion.

Speaking to OK! magazine, the embattled singer's bandmate Jesy Nelson laid the blame on Malik fans who are jealous of Edwards. She said:

"Can I just say, all the people hating are just stupid little Zayn Malik fans. They're hating because they want to be with Zayn."

Edwards then said: "Get a life!"

Nelson added: "I actually want Perrie's skin tone, it's beautiful. I tried to make myself pale and it wouldn't happen. I looked like Morticia Adams."
