During a new interview with Billboard magazine, the girls in Little Mix opened up about boybands they like and confessed that they all have a fondness for One Direction although blonde bombshell Perrie Edwards, who is engaged to 1D's Zayn Malik, explained that she prefers rock acts to boybands.

She told the magazine: "I'm not going to lie, other than 1D and Backstreet Boys... like, other than that kind of thing, I prefer boybands like Guns N' Roses and Aerosmith, and they're not really boybands are they!"

Jesy Nelson named *NSYNC as one of her favourite groups, while Leigh-Anne Pinnock admitted that she loves Jagged Edge and Backstreet Boys as her two go-to artists. Songstress Jade Thirlwall then said that she enjoys listening to Boyz II Men and The Temptations. 

Little Mix, meanwhile, will kick off their Salute tour in the UK tonight (May 16) and Edwards told Sugarscape that the nerves have really hit her now: 

"I'm s***ting myself! I'm not going to lie, we've had to learn so much stuff. It's full on and it's become a dance show. It's going to be amazing, but I think we're still processing it in our heads because we haven't had that long to learn it. Hardly any time, so once we've done the first few we'll be fine, but the first two.”
