Girl group Little Mix are currently hard at work on their highly anticipated third studio album and confessed that they're grateful at how patient their fans are being while they wait for new material. 

Member Leigh Anne Pinnock took over the girls' official Twitter page late last night (November 10) and told their followers that they're overwhelmed by the constant support and enthusiasm for new music:

"Just want to say.. Mixers we want to thank you so much for your ongoing support and thank you for being so patient whilst we get album 3... Ready for you! We love you all with all our hearts and cannot wait for you all to hear what we been doing! Not long now mixers!!"

She added: "You really are the best fans anyone could ever ask for, we LOVE YOU!!!! #BringOnLittleMixAlbum3 lets gooooooo!"

During a recent interview, the hitmakers were asked to describe their forthcoming third studio album in just three words and Pinnock admitted that it will be different and edgy: "Cooler, original, AMAZING. Can't wait to bring it out to you guys!!!"
