Little Mix's Perrie: 'I've been belting out some new vocals in the studio'

The Little Mix beauties are hard at work on their third studio album, which is as of yet untitled, and they are spending time at a rural 'writing camp'.

Member Perrie Edwards posted a message on the group's collective Twitter page earlier today (February 4) and told fans that she has been laying down some strong vocals for the past few hours: "Ahh just been in the studio, it was nice to belt out a few vocals! Can't wait for you to hear the new stuff Mixers!"

The stars also uploaded a photo of Leigh Anne Pinnock posing with one of the furry friends (shown left) they've made at their writing camp, which is at an undisclosed location that appears to be on farmland.

At the beginning of January, songstress Leigh Anne Pinnock admitted that the wait for the record will be well worth it: "Just wanted to let you all know that this year ... Album 3 is coming!! You guys have been so patient and we love you for that!! We're currently working and writing with amazing people and there are a few finishing touches to go. Thank you Mixers for your support."
