Little Mix nominated for Favourite UK Music Act at the Kids' Choice Awards

'Wings' beauties Little Mix have been nominated for the UK Favourite Music Act at the 2015 Kids' Choice Awards and they are over the moon.

The girls took to their collective Twitter page earlier today (February 23) and told their fans that they're honoured by the nomination and are really excited to have been considered for the prize: "Mixers! The girls have been nominated for a @NickelodeonUK Kids' Choice Award! You can vote using #KCA & #VoteLittleMixUK Mixers HQ x"

In addition to using the hashtags, you can vote online here until March 28. It will be a tough race to the trophy as other nominees in the same category include superstar Ed Sheeran, Jessie J, and 'Story Of My Life' sensations One Direction.

The ladies are currently working on their highly anticipated third studio album and collaborator Jess Glynne recently told Capital FM that it's sounding fresh and edgy: "They’re great girls and they are creating a great album and not rushing it and I love that. They’re very Little Mix but they’ve got more of an edge to them, they’ve got that R&B flex but with quite a hardcore hit to them."
