Little Mix on new album: 'It's a real progression for us'

British girl group Little Mix have opened up about their highly anticipated third studio album and described the offering as a 'progression'.

The beauties recently told Maximum Pop that they're excited about this new record because it showcases a very different side of their talents and Jade Thirlwall explained: "I think we just wanted to do something different. I think that’s why it’s so long as well. We wanted to make a sound that was still us, but was changing a bit."

Leigh-Anne Pinnock added that this next album shows the evolution of their sound and they're excited for their fans to finally hear it: “It’s all about progression, isn’t it? We just hope you guys love it as much as us.”

The girls were in Dubai recently and told reporters there that being part of this group is a 'dream come true' on a daily basis: "We're still pinching ourselves now - we still can't believe we won 'The X Factor'. We're living our dream and it's absolutely incredible."
