Little Mix tease their new record: 'It's all about embracing your inner weirdness'

Girl group Little Mix will be releasing their highly anticipated third studio album 'Get Weird' on November 6 and they have opened up about the concept in a new interview.

Perrie Edwards told Capital FM that their new album is inspired by the quirks that make us all unique: "Well, we're all about embracing our inner weirdness. We think it's fun to be individual, it's fun to be out there and crazy and just not care what anybody thinks. That's what it's all about."

Songstress Jade Thirlwall went onto add that the sound is perhaps a little more mainstream in terms of genre: "It's a bit more pop, it's a little more pop I think. It's a bit cheekier with the lyrics, and it's a bit more dancey."

Little Mix, meanwhile, recently admitted that they have already shot the music video for their next single, although they've been sworn to secrecy about its title: "We’re not allowed to say! We’ve already done the video for it. It was amazing. We shot it alongside ‘Black Magic’ in LA, two videos back-to-back, but we’re so excited for excited for everyone to see it."
