Girl group Little Mix recently sat down for a quick-fire interview with Capital FM about their most embarrassing moments. 

Leigh-Anne Pinnock was first up and joked that she has too many to mention, but was able to mention a few that stand out in her memory: 

"Ugh... where do I start with my embarrassing moments... My whole life is embarrassing."

We were at a Talk Talk gig and we were walking off stage, and there was a huge TV just there... all the girls ducked under, but not me! I bumped my head. It was so embarrassing. I bumped my head in Alton Towers as well. I fell down the stairs on a coach and dropped my milkshake everywhere - the list goes on."

Jade Thirlwall recalled a particular incident that left her red-faced and said: "Probably when we did the 'X Factor' tour and we flew across the arena on harnesses and I almost fell out of it. It was just awful. I don't want to talk about it."

Songstress Perrie Edwards added: "I've had quite a lot of embarrassing moments... I'd say one of them was when we were filming 'Black Magic' the music video, we had to stand up on chairs in the lecture hall scene and as we were all standing on them, we all went one by one - we kind of fell. If it wasn't for the fans behind in the video saving us, I don't know what would have happened! We would have broken our necks."
