Little Mix on how they practice self-care: 'It gets quite full-on'

Girl group Little Mix moved from the 'Get Weird' era to the 'Glory Days' era very quickly and have opened up about how they manage to stay stress-free and calm in the face of such a manic work schedule.

Jade Thirlwall told Fuse.TV that constantly being busy can and does get the better of them at times: "Doing album cycles so close to each other is stressful. Especially because we knew we wanted to get an album out as soon as possible. To be fair, the music did flow quite naturally, but we wrote the album and then recorded in, like, two weeks. So it was quite full-on."

Jesy Nelson then explained that when they're feeling overwhelmed there are things they make time to do that help them get back to themselves:

"What we do to take care of ourselves when we're constantly on the grind is we like to have a lot of girly sleepovers... we like to not wear any make-up and be tramps... wear our onesies and eating loads of rubbish food, which isn't really taking care of ourselves, but it feels great."
