Lorde opens up about her hero: 'He blows me away'

New Zealand-based songstress Lorde has revealed that her hero is a literary figure named Tobias Wolf, who she fell in love with immediately after discovering.

During an interview with Canada's Fashion magazine, the 'Royals' hitmaker confessed that she is incredibly inspired by his writing and thinks that he has a magic way with words that really draws the reader into another world:

"Author Tobias Wolf is my hero. In terms of creating perfectly formed sentences and paragraphs and paying attention to word selection—Tobias Wolf is awesome."

She continued: "He's been writing short fiction a long time but I read a collection called 'The Night In Question' that blew me away."

Last night (April 20), the talented young singer took to her official Twitter page and expressed her amazement at how many people watched her final Coachella set: "FORTY THOUSAND at our set last night!!? just brilliant. happy easter dickheads I LOVE YOU."
