Marvin Humes: 'I feel guilty when I'm sitting at home in front of the TV not working'

Marvin Humes admits he is overcome with guilt when he is lazing around at home and not working.

The music man told Digital Spy that being in JLS helped to solidify a strong work ethic in him.

The LuvBug star said about his current busy schedule:

"I'm really lucky. The Voice stuff was filmed all last year, and it's filmed in such concentrated periods like, all the blind auditions shot in the five days and that works out seven weeks on air, so that's fine. Radio stuff, that's in the evenings, so in the daytime I get to spend time in the studio or after Capital - but yeah, man, I keep myself busy, as busy as I was in JLS.

"When you're in a boyband, you're working every day. Obviously I've got my family as well, we sort of make it all work. You get accustomed to working hard, you don't want to be sitting at home all day, watching movies.

"I feel guilty when I'm at home, doing that, I should be out working, and I don't know whether that's in me from…I've always had that in me, I always feel like I need to be working."
