"Forbes Music Entertainment lands marketing and radio deal for Mirror Me Media and in the process signs North Carolina rapper Ilke Ellis to the roster."

Indie music recording label Forbes Music Entertainment is making a move on yet another record label today, signing on Mirror Me Media out of North Carolina. The signing makes Mirror Me Media the 4th independent record label to sign to Forbes Music Entertainment since the turn of the second quarter. Forbes Msuic Entertainment has already acquired marketing and radio deals with Tilt Shift Records, Ghetto Life Music and Audacrease Entertainment Group.

Along with acquiring deals with some of the most talented labels in the nation Forbes Music Entertainment was also able to sign some of this years hottest acts. Amongst them are Nastyelgic, Demi Grace, Maine and now North Carolina's very own hometown hero Ike Ellis.

Ike Ellis and Forbes Music

Entertainment head of Radio Promotions D'ron Forbes (Madd Focus) have worked together in the past. In fact what is undoubtedly the biggest record of Ellis' career in "Loving You" was a collaboration between the producer and artist. The record features a sample of David Ruffun's "Lovin' You" on the production and Ike Ellis spitting his life through lyrics. The music video would go on to peek at over 800,000 views on youtube.

"We had to get Ike on the team it was only right" says Madd Focus "If we say we are putting together the most talented team we need the most talented artists". Of course he would have to pass through the a&r department with Forbes Music Entertainment co founder Christina Lynn Forbes as the head and she had this to say about Ike Ellis and what was her personally favorite record "Better Day". "Very happy to have him on board. Any artist that takes the time out to address the serious issues like domestic violence we know we can stand behind". Forbes Music Entertainment has already launched the "Better Day" campaign and hopes to help Ike Ellis make a difference with this record.
