'Primadonna' beauty Marina and the Diamonds has announced plans for a UK tour later this year.

The songstress took to social networking site Twitter earlier this evening (July 11) and told her devoted fans that she will take her new record, 'Electra Heart', out on the road in October:

"Tickets on sale 9am Friday :) Woops, only the UK tour is up! Rest of European dates announced soon." 

Her next single is set to be 'How To Be A Heartbreaker' and it is due to be released as a digital download from October 15. The full list of dates can be seen below:
