Maroon 5 forced to reschedule South Korea show due to accident

Maroon 5 had to move a show in South Korea at the weekend after singer Adam Levine hurt his neck.

The US act were due to perform in Daegu on Saturday (September 5).

However, it was rescheduled at the last-minute to Thursday (September 10) after Levine was forced into a neck brace.

His team took to Instagram to post a picture of the singer with the brace on, adding:

"Hey guys. sorry we had to reschedule...I posted this photo of sad neck brace Adam purely for your sympathy. See you Thursday! #Maroon5 #Vtour2015."

Live Nation Korea said in a statement: "The artists and staff tried very hard to prepare for concert until the day before on Friday, but it seemed problematic to proceed with the show given vocalist Adam Levine's neck muscle issues."

Performances in Seoul planned for today and Wednesday (September 7/9) are to go ahead as planned.
