McBusted have penned some tunes with Blink-182's Mark Hoppus.

The pop-rock supergroup are currently in the throes of writing their first album together and it seems some famous faces are lending their help, including All Time Low's Alex Gaskarth.

When asked on Twitter how the album is sounding on a scale of zero to 100, bassist Dougie Poynter said:

"10000000000. Written some cool songs with Alex from ATL and mark from blink."

Blink-182 have been in the UK recently to perform shows in London before headlining the weekend's Reading and Leeds festivals.
