McBusted have treated fans to a new video that looks at the reasons why they formed for a UK tour next year.

It was revealed earlier this week that McFly and Busted's James Bourne and Matt Willis will team up to form the supergroup McBusted.

They will hit arenas across Britain in April and May as they bring nostalgia to the fore.

A new video entitled 'The Birth' has now been uploaded to YouTube and it sees McBusted's members talking about why they decided to come together.

Bourne says that fans will see a "special" show next year.

McFly's Danny Jones meanwhile recently uploaded a short of video of the lads performing a cover of R. Kelly's 'I Believe I Can Fly'.

The group are in rehearsals ahead of a performance on Children In Need on Friday (November 15).
