Meghan Trainor has an awkward Tinder experience

Songstress Meghan Trainor has opened up about trying to find love and confessed that she used popular dating app Tinder for one week before deleting it thanks to a creepy message.

During an interview at the Shazam Top 20 studios, she explained that a guy tried to get her to meet up with him in the backseat of his mother's car, which was the biggest turn-off ever

"Tinder. I was on that for a hot week when I wasn't famous and then I got these dudes hitting me up. This one kid said, 'Do you wanna hook up in my mom's car?' And I was like, 'Not really.'"

Back in April, she told Marie Claire that one of the best dates she ever went on was to a bowling alley: "Coolest date I've ever been on: The guy set up a night of bowling. We didn't have bumpers, so I had to pick up my game. He won. He didn't even try to be polite and let the girl win. But I got a strike and he didn't, so I felt like I won, you know? I trash talk. Like, 'Better prepare yourself; I'm about to destroy you.'"
