Meghan Trainor has been told that she can return to touring.

The singer recently postponed a number of shows after suffering a vocal cord haemorrhage.

She had been ordered by doctors to rest, with shows in North America falling foul.

However, the US star took to Instagram on Monday (July 13) to confirm that her tour is now back on track.

Trainor wrote: "Great news!!! DOCTOR SAYS IM OK TO SING!!"

The 'All About That Bass' singer added a video of herself riding around her home on a scooter.
