Nathan Sykes downplays Wanted gossip: 'Everyone's happy doing their own thing'

Nathan Sykes has poured cold water over suggestion that The Wanted could reform in the near future.

The group went on a hiatus in 2014, with Sykes now enjoying a fruitful solo career.

Speaking to Bang Showbiz, the Brit suggested that the door is always open for a Wanted reformation in the future.

However, that isn't looking likely any time soon. Sykes said:

"I don't know. We don't know what's going to happen tomorrow, let alone in five or 10 years time. But everyone's really happy doing their own thing at the moment.

"You know it's really funny, like, when we were together, everyone was just like, 'When are you guys going to split up or take a break?' and then we did, and everyone's like, 'When are you getting back together?' So you can't win. But you never know what's going to happen."
