Nathan Sykes reveals what he bought with his first paycheck

Singer Nathan Sykes, formerly of The Wanted fame, has revealed what he bought with his first major paycheck.

Speaking to People magazine recently, the 'Kiss Me Quick' heartthrob confessed that he purchased something very special and the gesture meant a lot to him:

"I bought my family a house! It was something I always wanted to do because they've always been so supportive."

Earlier this evening (September 17), the sensation announced details of his next solo single and posted the following message to Twitter:

"Happy to announce that #OverAndOverAgain is my second single!! Really hope you guys like it!"

Back in August, Sykes told The Mirror newspaper a little more about his debut solo album: "There's one song called 'Famous,' which is about what do I have to do to make someone I care about, care about me as much as I do them? It's basically saying, 'Do I have to be famous, will you only call me when I'm famous?' Whenever I go through something that's not ideal, I don't feel sorry for myself. I go, 'My God, this is going to be such a great song.'"
