Nathan Sykes wrote 'Over And Over' specifically about someone

Heartthrob Nathan Sykes has revealed that his new single 'Over And Over' was written about someone in particular, but they still haven't figured it out.

Speaking to GL Weekend magazine, the star confessed that he is shy so likes to use his songwriting to give himself more of a confident voice

"That's why I wrote 'Kiss Me Quick', I'm really quite bad at flirting. I am!"

"I'm actually quite socially awkward, but then I wrote 'Over And Over' because I wanted to tell someone how I do feel about them. They still don't know it's about them, but I wrote that song to tell them how I feel about them."

Earlier in September, Sykes told People magazine that his romantic life isn't going too well at the moment: "I'm a terrible flirt. That's literally what happened. I sat in the studio with these producers and they said, 'Nathan, how's your love life?" and I went, 'Oh, it's terrible!" They were right that I can't flirt. I wrote a song that could flirt for me, but I'm still single."
