Back in September, singer Nick Jonas revealed that he decided to take off his purity ring because his values had changed and he has now confessed that he thinks sex is a very 'important' part of a healthy life. 

Speaking to MTV News, the heartthrob explained that he has realised the value and emotional worth of sex and believes it's something that is part of a fulfilling existence:

"Sex is such an important part of a healthy life, in the sense that it’s such an intrinsic part of who you are. When your sex life is not healthy you resort to other things as an outlet."

The 'Jealous' singer, meanwhile, recently opened up about leaving the Jonas Brothers and branching off on his own as an actor and solo singer, and explained that it feels as though he's getting to start over: "I’m in a season of my life where I feel really fortunate to have had a whole career, and now I almost get to start over. I’ve opened my mind up to some different inspirations.”
