'Jealous' heartthrob Nick Jonas has been confirmed to curate the music for the upcoming Miss America pageant, which is due to take place on September 13. 

The star is set to choose the music that will accompany the swimsuit and evening gown contest, and will also provide commentary on his choices throughout the ceremony. Tweeting about the exciting news this evening, the star asked fans for their song suggestions: 

"Joining the #MissAmerica crew as the Music Curator. Tell me what songs I should select and watch LIVE 9/13 on ABC."

During a new interview with ADON magazine this week, Jonas opened up about his split from former Miss USA beauty Olivia Culpo and admitted that it's hard to adjust to the single life: "Interesting. It's still an adjustment, getting use to my life on my own is an interesting thing. I'm in a good place of being young and grow and do what I need to do right now."
