We confirm the sad news that Rock School's Lil' Chris - real name Chris Hardman - has passed away aged 24.

We can not comment further until Police conclude their investigations.

The singer-songwriter, actor and TV personality first found fame at 15 when he appeared in Rock School.  As well as the hit Channel 4 show, the young star also starred in Loserville and made TV appearances on Never Mind The Buzzcocks, Dani's House and The Weakest Link.
