Musician, actress and fashion blogger Betsy-Blue English has announced that she will be the leading star in the new highly-anticipated E4 show ‘Stage School’.

‘Stage School’ is a singing, dancing and reality TV series. It follows Betsy-Blue along her exciting journey in the music and film industries, alongside a diverse range of journeys undertaken by other talented and aspiring young people. Viewers will experience the drama, the love affairs, the gossip, the moments of triumph and of course the break-out singing and dance routines, all performed by Betsy-Blue and the other talented people themselves.

After making it through to the X Factor live finals with her band Only The Young and having already performed in every major arena across the UK, Betsy-Blue has recently taken the time to film 30 episodes for the widely-discussed E4 show. Betsy-Blue has also gained huge popularity through her fashion blog and brand ‘Its Thursday Tho?’, which was the first fashion blog to be turned into an app and is visited daily by her vast and continuously growing number of fans. She is incredibly excited for her fans to finally see the show.

Stage School’s Executive Producer Jonathan Stadlen has said that, “young people don’t want to be doctors or lawyers anymore, they want to be superstars” and that ‘we wanted to capture the drama, hard work and exuberance.”

‘Stage School’ will start on Monday 5th August immediately after Hollyoaks, and will air for 5 days per week.
