The superstar and heartthrob was leaving Hotel Amour on Rue Navarin in the French capital yesterday afternoon and emerged from the entrance to find a swarm of female fans waiting for him.

The girls surrounded both the hotel and Styles's waiting car, and his security team had to walk him through the crowd while the fans snapped away on their smartphones and cameras.

Despite the overwhelming reception, the 'Little Things' hitmaker took to his official Twitter page yesterday (April 29) and wrote: "J'adore la France." One Direction will perform in Antwerp, Belgium tomorrow night (May 1) before heading to the Netherlands, Germany and Sweden.

Norfolk County Council's Sensory Support Unit is hosting an event next Wednesday (May 8) to highlight the support deaf people can receive in the area.

A host of deaf children from local schools will perform songs from the likes of One Direction in British Sign Language.

The event will take place at the Forum in Norwich between 10am-3pm with free hearing aid checks available.

As previously reported, director Morgan Spurlock recently revealed that the upcoming One Direction film will see a doctor look at what happens in a fan's brain and body when they listen to the band.

The British boyband are set to release their debut movie later this year in the shape of This Is Us, which is being directed by Morgan Spurlock.

Speaking to the New York Post, the Super Size Me man revealed that the 3D flick is set to go beyond just the lives of the 'Kiss You' quintet.

Spurlock said that they have spoken to a doctor to get the lowdown on what happens internally when a Directioner listens to their heroes. He said:

"We ask the question 'Why them?'. We talked to this one doctor who tells us what happens inside a girl's body when she hears One Direction - like what happens in her brain and what goes on inside of her."

The director had previously revealed that This Is Us could potentially feature scenes of the boyband topless.

The British boyband won two awards at the event, which took place in Los Angeles on Saturday night (April 27).

The 'Kiss You' stars reigned supreme in the Best Music Group and Fiercest Fans categories.

Other winners on the night included Taylor Swift, who bagged the Song of the Year award for her track 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and also the Best Break Up Song gong.

The Best Male Artist prize went to Justin Bieber, whilst the Best Female Artist award was picked up by Selena Gomez, who performed new single 'Come & Get It' on the night.

Band member Louis Tomlinson revealed details about One Direction’s recording plans in an interview with the Daily Star Sunday.

Tomlinson stated: “We’ve already started recording the album, we started about a month ago.”

One Direction’s new album will be their third and will follow on from their 2011 debut ‘Up All Night’ and 2012’s ‘Take Me Home.’

Fans of the X Factor graduates will have to wait until later this year to hear One Direction’s new material as Louis said: “We don’t want to rush it but it will be out for Christmas.”

Louis also spoke of how the busy band are fitting in recording sessions around their current world tour: “We’ve been writing and recording it while on tour. We are really happy with it.”

The 21 year-old One Direction star went on to admit that whilst the band’s demanding schedule is tiring he’s still excited about their upcoming projects: “We have the film coming out as well so we are all pretty shattered but we are all having a great time.”

The band’s 3D film ‘This Is Us’ is set to hit cinemas in August.

The two singers dined at Dan Tana's restaurant in West Hollywood. They were also accompanied by Rod Stewart’s wife Penny Lancaster and daughter Kimberly Stewart.

Before heading out for a meal together, the teenage One Direction star joined an audience of Rod Stewart fans to watch the 68 year-old crooner perform. The concert was held at Los Angeles’ 300-capacity venue The Troubadour on April 25 to promote Stewart’s forthcoming album ‘Time.’

Upon leaving the restaurant Harry Styles exited with a bag of leftovers in hand and jumped into a waiting Rolls Royce with the rest of his dinner companions.

Harry Styles jetted out to L.A. following the end of the UK leg of One Direction’s current tour. The band will resume their ‘Take Me Home Tour’ on April 29 in Paris and will give performances in Europe, Mexico, America, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Asia.

One Direction are set to release a 3D biographical film in August.

The One Direction star often makes observations on his official Twitter account and it seems the musical film has been impressing the singer.

He tweeted to his fans last night (April 25) that the concluding scene in Grease is a part of film history. Styles said:

"The last scene of Grease is still the best piece of cinematic genius I have ever seen."

As previously reported, the 'What Makes You Beautiful' star recently showed his pride at Manchester United being crowned champions of England.

It followed news that he had been hanging out with defender Rio Ferdinand, with the singer even wearing a Man Utd top on stage.

Writing on her official Twitter page earlier this week, the beauty told her followers that she enjoyed a day out courtesy of Yorkshire Tea and Louis' mother (shown left) and fiancé also accompanied them:

"Thankyou @YorkshireTea for having us on the Orient Express today! ☕🍰😊 @louis_tomlinson @JohannahDarling @drdeakin 💜"

Johanna, Louis' mum, added: "@YorkshireTea Thank you so much for today! It was lovely to spend some time with @Louis_Tomlinson @EleanorJCalder @drdeakin ❤😀🍰😀❤ xx"

Yorkshire Tea then shared an image of the 'Little Things' singer posing with a fellow passenger (shown below) who was also on board and had tweeted to tell people that he sang to her: "fab day birthday on orient express phoenix carriage with @Louis_Tomlinson 1D sang happy birthday thanx @YorkshireTea"

As previously reported, the British boyband shocked fans across the world this morning (April 24) by announcing they will break up at the end of the year.

The 'Hottest Girl In The World' stars will release a greatest hits album and a new single before going on a farewell tour in December.

Taking to Twitter after the news broke, One Direction hunk Louis Tomlinson wished the band well for their future endeavours. He said:

"Sad to hear about JLS. Wish them all the best of luck in what they go on to do."

Fans meanwhile have expressed their dismay at the news, with one devotee tweeting:

"I can't believe it, only just found out I'm in tears."

4-year-old Callum Keenan had to undergo a kidney transplant last summer and was lucky enough to meet his 'Little Things' heroes after making the 'wish' during the tough time in June 2012. He brought his mother, 26-year-old Catherine Roe, to the event and she told The Sun that it made him so happy:

"He absolutely loves One Direction – when they come on he dances round the house and gets so excited. They came on in the car on the way here and he was bouncing around all over the place. He got a bit shy when he met the boys - which is unlike him – he was just gob-smacked.

“I think he was in shock when he actually saw the band face to face –especially his favourite Liam - but they were great with him. It’s so lovely to come here to the concert and meet the boys – especially after everything Callum has been through."

Rays of Sunshine is an organisation that grants the wishes of children with serious or life-threatening illnesses and One Direction are ambassadors for the charity.

Callum's father Simeon added: "“When he was born less than 10 percent of his kidneys were working. He had to have several operations including one to remove his right kidney - so he’s been in and out of hospital since he was a baby. Then a couple of years ago we found out that I could be a donor for him – which was great news -but he had a build-up of anti-bodies so we had to wait for them to go down."

Writing on his official Twitter page this evening (April 23), Horan told his 11million fans that he enjoyed the semi-final in Germany with Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson and also shared a snapshot from their trip:

"What a game! Just been to Munich with @real_liam_payne and @louis_tomlinson to watch the semi final! Epic 4-0 !"

Singer Louis Tomlinson also took to Twitter to tell his own followers that he had a great day and uploaded a photograph of himself posing with the other One Direction stars on the pitch (shown below): "Wow what a day out and what a game!!"

The boyband will continue their Take Me Home tour on April 29 with a performance in Paris, France and will then travel around mainland Europe for a series of arena shows there.

The football team won the league after beating Aston Villa 3-0 at Old Trafford, with Robin Van Persie scoring a hat-trick.

Harry Styles, who recently wore an Utd top on stage after hanging out with defender Rio Ferdinand, tweeted proudly:

Derby fan Niall Horan meanwhile praised the joy football can bring, saying: "Look what football does to people! Look at those Man U fans at old Trafford! It's a beautiful game!"

Louis Tomlinson praised the technical quality of the game, saying: "Wow Robin Van Persie's goal!! Unreal!"

One Direction meanwhile recently spent the day with Newcastle United whilst on tour, but they didn't impress the coaches enough to land contracts with the team.

Member Harry Styles took to his official Twitter page last night and told his 12.4 million followers that the support the band received while on the road was overwhelming:

"The UK leg of our tour is finished.. So thank you to everyone who came to watch. You were all amazing. We hope you enjoyed the show. xx" He added: "We're also very lucky to work with such an amazing crew so thank you to everyone who made it happen. See you soon and thanks again. x"

Singer Liam Payne also weighed in on the end of this chapter of their collective career and wrote: "I cant believe its the last tour of our UK and Ireland part of itttt!!!!! The 'Little Things' superstars will now travel to Paris for a date on April 29 at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy and from there are set to continue on around mainland Europe throughout the rest of May.

Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Laim Payne and Harry Styles enjoy making a bit of mischief to pass the time during their tour while they are waiting to go on stage.

At the MEN Arena yesterday, before The Sun’s exclusive show for their readers, Louis explained, “Niall turned up recently at a gig with a segway. We were all spinning about on it then Harry decided to strip off and go streaking. He turned a few heads.”

Niall added, “He’s a braver boy than me. It can get a bit chilly when you pick up speed. It can be quite cold backstage too.”

Liam said, “I pulled Harry’s trousers down on stage one night. What I hadn’t considered was that I might whip his pants off by accident too — which happened.”

Harry added: “Worst of all though, it was a night when the concert was being filmed for our new movie. If it stays in you’ll see what I have to offer — in 3D.”

One Direction's 3D documentary 'This Is Us' is set for release on June 30.
