Niall Horan on BRITs ceremony: 'It's the first time we've been together in ages'

One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan has confessed that he can't wait for tonight's BRIT Awards (February 19) to take place because it'll be the first time he's been in the same room with his bandmates for a little while.

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this afternoon, the 'Story Of My Life' superstar explained that it'll be a sweet reunion: "First time we have all been together for a while now! Lookin' forward to seeing the lads! #BRITs2014."

The lads are up for the British Group prize along with being nominated for British Single (for 'One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks)') and British Video for 'Best Song Ever' so will be in attendance at the ceremony if they win any of their categories.

Member Harry Styles also joined in with the BRITs excitement and added: "Gown is on."

The 2014 BRIT Awards will kick off tonight at 8pm live from London's O2 Arena and will be streamed on YouTube as well as broadcast on ITV1 in the UK.
