Louis Tomlinson trains with Doncaster Rovers Reserves ahead of debut match

One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has joined up with Doncaster Rovers Reserves ahead of his debut match with the team tomorrow (February 26).

The singer signed a non-contract deal with his local club last year in an effort to raise money for children's hospice Bluebell Wood.

He is set to turn out for Doncaster Rovers' second-string for the first time against Rotherham Reserves at the Keepmoat Stadium to raise funds for the good cause.

Tomlinson met up with the reserves side on Monday (February 24) and the Doncaster Rovers website has stated that the singer has been training over the past month.

Tickets for the match are still available.

The One Direction man has a history of playing football, but a charity match in Scotland last year saw the singer get injured and subsequently throw up.
