Harry Styles wins NME's Villain of the Year award

One Direction singer Harry Styles has received NME's Villain of the Year award for the second year in a row.

The music magazine held their annual bash last night (February 26) in London as they paid tribute to the cream of music.

However, it was Styles who was honoured with the wooden spoon after being given the Villain award for the second consecutive year.

The singer took over Justin Bieber's reign in 2013 and One Direction fans will be peeved that Styles has won it again.

It wasn't all bad news for the 'Kiss You' group, however. The quintet avoided winning the Worst Band award for the third year running, with that dubious honour instead going to The 1975.

Among the other winners were Arctic Monkeys, who bagged an impressive five gongs on the night.
