Singer and One Direction superstar Niall Horan has embraced his Irish heritage by wishing his fans a happy St. Patrick's Day today. 

Writing on his official Twitter page earlier this morning (March 17), the 'Story Of My Life' heartthrob told his 17.6 million followers to enjoy the celebrations: "Happy St. Patrick's day everyone, especially all my fellow Irish out there! Many pints of guiness will be had today I can Imagine."

Meanwhile, it was also revealed this week that the One Direction lads will be releasing an exciting limited edition vinyl offering to mark this year's Record Store Day, which will fall on April 19. They will unveil the 7" picture disc version of their single 'Midnight Memories' for the occasion and it will also feature a live version of their tune 'Rock Me'.
