Liam Payne has appeared in front of the camera to plug One Direction's new single.

The band recently announced that they will be unleashing the tune 'You & I' as the next cut from their 2013 record 'Midnight Memories'.

It will be released on March 25, but Liam Payne has now starred in a short promotional video to confirm that it is available to pre-order now.

Those who pre-buy the single will receive an exclusive message from the group.

Payne shot his promotional video on Somerset's Clevedon Pier, which is where the band filmed the single's video.

The singer has also recorded a remix for the 'You & I' single bundle.
