Lou Teasdale, hairstylist for boyband One Direction, has revealed that she has big plans for the lads' hair although she's having a hard time getting them on board with her ideas. 

Speaking to the Daily Mail's Femail section, she admitted that Zayn Malik and Liam Payne are the members she most wants to work on, but explained that it's tough convincing them to go along with her vision:

"I would [like to] shave Liam's head again and grow Zayn [Malik]'s long again. I'm not winning on either."

During the interview, she also opened up about how she maintain's heartthrob Harry Styles' trademark curls and confessed that connecting a diffuser to a hairdryer is key: "The secret to curls is to let them dry naturally…if you need to get ready quickly, invest in a good old 80's diffuser attachment for your hairdryer. Not joking."

Back in April, Teasdale revealed that if fans don't like the superstars' hair styles, she gets sent hate mail and online abuse: "I don't think the boys like to have the same hair... I get Twitter hate. If the fans don't like the boys' hair."
