Harry Styles on Ghana visit: 'It hit me so hard'

One Direction are gearing up to release their official autobiography, which is entitled 'Who We Are', and a new promotional audio clip from the book of Harry Styles describing his experience of being in Ghana has been unveiled.

In this new teaser, the 'Story Of My Life' heartthrob opens up about how troubling his time there really was and confessed that seeing how other people are forced to live really hit home after he visited the area:

"The thing is, that when we went to Ghana - when we went there it'd been a really hard day and it was horrible. We got to go back to our hotel and have a shower and then get into bed, and have food and stuff. When you sit and think about it... people do that for a day and then sleep in a tent on the floor, and then have to get up and do it all over again. That's what hits you the hardest.

One Direction visited Ghana back in 2013 for Comic Relief and footage was released that showed an incredibly emotional Harry Styles crying while watching over a baby suffering from the deadly disease, malaria.

'Who We Are', which is 100% official, is due to be finally released on September 25 and you can listen to Styles' audio clip in full below.
